Cordless Backpack Sprayer

This Cordless Electrostatic Backpack Sprayer disinfects hard-to-reach surfaces, areas, and odd-shaped equipment without contact. Also, it is equipped with a 16L tank capacity.  

The device turns the liquid solution into a mist (median drop diameter of 5-40μm) as the mixture is released into the area. For best results, a 6.56′ spraying distance between the sprayer and the target surface should be observed during application. This device has a working pressure of 0.15-0.4 Mpa and a flow rate of 3.17 gallons per hour. In addition to sanitation, the portable sprayer can be used for pest control and plant fertilization (using various liquid material, soluble powder, or emulsion).

How Electrostatic Disinfection Works

Electrostatic technology is an innovative method that saves time, energy and costs across the board because it presents a more efficient alternative to traditional techniques and cleaning solution applications. This cleaning method atomizes cleaning solutions to produce an electrically charged spray able to wrap around surfaces of all types for an even coat. As a chemical exits the electrostatic sprayer, it’s given a positive charge attracted to available negative surfaces. The spray attaches to and collects negatively charged unwanted particles, which are then removed from the environment with a specially designed apparatus. Surfaces that are already covered in the cleaning solution will repel the spray, making the method extremely efficient. 

Liquid Adhesion & Coverage

Using the Electrostatic fogger will enable a quick and effective chemical application. As fully-charged droplets hit the surface, they create an even spread. Particles hold their cationic charge for approx. 2-3 seconds – preventing drips. This allows the solution to cover hidden and shadowed areas, and also enables you to cover a large area in a small amount of time.
