Hydery Supplies will accept your return within 16 business days of purchase.

You will be refunded the original purchased price for the item minus a restocking fee. Restocking fees vary depending on the item (up to 20% of the item’s price).

To qualify for a return, all supplies and equipment are required for you to contact a representative for a Return Authorization Number prior to being returned.

Supplies and equipment must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging un-opened as provided by the manufacturer (some exceptions may be accepted). All returns will be inspected, and products found to be non-conforming will be rejected at Hydery’s sole discretion.

All returned, and special order items are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

All shipping and related charges related to returning the item are to be paid by the buyer.

There are no returns or refunds on software.
