Basic terms

For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Hydery is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice. The product images on this web site may not exactly reflect the product you receive. Design revisions and color variations may exist.

Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned. Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem

Terms and Conditions FAQ

How do I know if an item is in stock or not?

You will be notified within 24 hours of the order (during business hours, next business day if order is placed on weekends) if there is an issue with stock, and estimated delivery time.

When can I expect my order to ship out?

If ordered before noon Eastern North America Time Zone, we will try to ship out same day if express shipping option is chosen. If standard shipping option or free shipping option, we will endeavour to ship out same day or next day. Assuming we have the item in stock.

When can I expect my order?

Standard or ground shipment via UPS is next day to 8 days depending on distance. Express shipment is overnight. 2 day air is shipment is expected to reach in 2 days. Delivery time during the day is not guaranteed, but expected by close of business, usually 5pm.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Once your item is shipped, the UPS or Canada Post tracking information is entered in to our system, and you can check your order status. Also your email is entered into the UPS system and you should receive shipping notices from UPS.

What are the term and conditions for items purchased on the website?

Prices on the website, regular and sale, are for online orders only. Phone, fax, or email orders may or may not qualify for the same pricing. Prices are FOB our warehouse unless otherwise stated. We do our best to give you the best price on each item. However, sometimes pricing errors occur or pricing can change without prior notice. We will do our best to honour the price —but in some cases it may not be possible, and we reserve the right to cancel the order.
